2022年9月21日，联合国人权理事会第51届会议，友成企业家扶贫基金会常务副理事长、中国慈善联合会乡村振兴委员会主任汤敏，远程发言，介绍了乡村振兴领头雁计划。
这是汤敏副理事长首次在联合国进行发言，值得一提的是，他介绍的“乡村振兴领头雁计划”项目在2022中国公益慈善项目大赛决赛中总分第一，并获得五星优质项目荣誉。（详情：《乡村振兴领头雁计划决赛总分第一，获2022中国公益慈善项目大赛五星优质项目》）

Distinguished President, Excellencies, Delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen,I’m Tang Min, Vice Chairperson of YouChange Foundation, and a Counselor of State Council of the Chinese Government .
In the past decade, my colleagues and I have been committed to the promotion of people’s right to development in rural China, especially in rural education and capacity building.
China Charity Alliance, Tsinghua University’s School of Social Science, YouChange Foundation, and other social development organizations, initiated the Rural Leader Plan. Our program targets rural entrepreneurs, heads of cooperatives, and promote the development of agriculture and rural industries. It provides participants with over 200 courses delivered by experts.
By the end of 2021, the program has trained over ninety-two thousand participants, which further benefited over three million rural population.
It is my firm belief that there is tremendous potential in the people’s right in rural areas. All they need is the opportunity to show us what they can achieve.

关于乡村振兴领头雁计划
乡村振兴领头雁计划是由中国慈善联合会、清华大学社会学系、友成企业家扶贫基金会等机构联和发起的新农人综合赋能项目，面向全国新农人进行公开招募，旨在发现和培养一批懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的新时代新农人骨干。
